Membership is accomplished by purchasing common stock in Sanborn County Development Corporation. Each share of common stock represents one vote as indicated in the Articles of Incorporation. Future members need to read the Articles of Incorporation as it explains stockholders rights. If you are interested in becoming a member to SCDC visit our investment page for more details.
Meetings are held monthly at 6:00 pm (dates vary) at Prairie View Care Center's board room in Woonsocket.
